The Security Centre is seeking a Sales Representative to join our talented team of security professionals. This position is responsible for generating new business by identifying leads, building relationships, and closing deals in the Cayman Islands. This role requires a strong hunter mentality, with a focus on prospecting, networking, and presenting solutions in the security, ICT, and related technology sectors. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, well-connected in the Cayman Islands, and skilled at developing proposals and winning business. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead Generation  

  • Actively prospect for new clients through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and market research. 

  • Identify opportunities in security, ICT, and technology-related markets. 

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to consistently achieve sales targets. 

  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations. 

Sales Execution 

  • Develop and deliver tailored professional proposals, quotes, and RFP responses that address client needs. 

  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close new business opportunities. 

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. 

  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates using CRM tools. 

Client Relationships 

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers across corporate, government, and residential sectors. 

  • Act as the main point of contact during the sales cycle and ensure smooth handoff to the operations team. 

  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, community engagements, and client meetings. 

Market Knowledge 

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of the Cayman Islands market and business environment to uncover opportunities. 

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in security and ICT. 

  • Provide feedback and market insights to leadership to shape sales strategy. 

Accountability: 

 The Sales Representative is directly responsible for meeting assigned sales targets and driving new client acquisition in the Cayman Islands. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, or related field (preferred). 

  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account acquisition. 

  • Strong knowledge of the Cayman Islands market and established local connections.
