Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and repair a wide variety of locking systems, access hardware, and master key systems.

• Perform safe and vault services, including installations, emergency openings, combination changes, and troubleshooting.

• Provide commercial, residential, and automotive locksmith services, including emergency lockout response.

• Support hotel and resort clients with digital lock systems, key-card programming, and guest access solutions.

• Assist electronic security technicians with job-site preparation, hardware staging, and minor installations.

• Use internal systems and mobile applications to manage work orders, service records, and inventory usage.

• Maintain a high standard of professionalism when working in customer-facing and hospitality environments.

• Participate in scheduled and emergency after-hours service coverage.

• Support inventory control efforts and ensure tools and materials are properly managed.
