The Specialist, Virtual Guarding & Robotics will lead The Security Centre's newly established Virtual Guarding & Robotics division, a specialist business unit within the Guarding Services Division. This strategic role is responsible for developing and expanding innovative, technology-enabled security solutions that complement and enhance traditional guarding services while creating new recurring revenue opportunities for the business.

The successful candidate will lead the commercial growth, implementation, and operational delivery of Virtual Guarding services by integrating advanced monitoring technologies into existing and new client security programs. The role will also drive the development of drone, ground robotics, and autonomous maritime capabilities to support commercial clients and public safety agencies throughout the Cayman Islands.

In addition to leading the division, the Specialist will oversee research and development initiatives, evaluate emerging security technologies, identify new business opportunities, and provide technical expertise across all business units. The position requires close collaboration with internal departments, technology partners, government agencies, law enforcement, and public safety organizations to deliver innovative, compliant, and effective security solutions.

The Specialist will be responsible for managing strategic partnerships, supporting sales and tender submissions, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining regulatory compliance, and representing the company at industry events. This role combines technical leadership, business development, operational management, and innovation to position The Security Centre as a leader in next-generation security services.
